Drew Myers has produced more than 1,000 podcast episodes over the last eight years. One day he realized that he had accidentally become an expert in podcasting by simply doing what he loves – celebrating the power of story.

Now he helps communities across Texas tell their story through the people who live there. He currently serves three communities with more coming. His goal is to help 15 communities across the country tell their story in an out-of-the-box, progressive way.

"What I love about this storytelling initiative is the fact that anyone lead the charge and champion these podcasts," Drew said. "Maybe it's the chamber of commerce or the convention and visitor's bureau. Maybe it's a civic organization or a private business in the town."
